What happens when you open this page

This website sets no cookies, loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers and measures no visitor behaviour. There is no analytics service and no social media button. There is a contact form for enquiries; it contacts an external server only when you send it. What happens then is set out below under “Contact form”.

When you open the page, your browser transmits technically necessary data to our hosting provider's server, which stores it in server log files:

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in operating the site and defending against attacks. The hosting provider deletes the log files after eight weeks. We do not merge this data with other sources.

Hosting

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The provider processes the data named above on our behalf, on the basis of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Germany.

Contact by e-mail or phone

If you write or call, we process your name, your contact details and the content of your enquiry in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Your enquiry is kept until it is settled and no follow-up questions are expected. Retention periods under commercial and tax law remain unaffected.

Contact form

Through the form on the start page we process the details you enter there: name, e-mail address, optionally company and phone number, and the text of your enquiry. We use them solely to answer the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Only name, e-mail address and your question are required; without them we cannot answer.

The sending is handled by the service Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, Kerala, India, as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. When you send the form, your details and your IP address go to that service, which turns them into the e-mail to us. Web3Creative uses Amazon Web Services (servers in the USA, US-East region), Cloudflare and Hetzner for this, and CleanTalk and Akismet against spam; the IP address and e-mail address may be passed to those two.

This means data is transferred to countries outside the EU for which the European Commission has issued no adequacy decision. The basis is the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR, which form part of the data processing agreement with Web3Creative. You can obtain a copy through the contact details in the imprint. Even with those clauses it cannot be ruled out that authorities in those countries access the data.

At the service provider, form data is kept for at most three years and then deleted; server logs are deleted continuously. With us your enquiry is kept until it is settled and no follow-up questions are expected. Retention periods under commercial and tax law remain unaffected.

You do not have to use the form: an e-mail or a call to the contact details in the imprint reaches us just as well — without this transfer.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time for:

A short e-mail to armen.hovsepyan@armosystems.de is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
